This Friday night I will be sharing a rather unattractive sofa with Nate Berkus. How could this possibly be, you ask? Berkus will be a guest on the Interview Show hosted by my husband, Mark Bazer—and the venue, the charmingly bohemian Hideout bar at 1354 W. Wabansia will also be the location for a launch party I’m having for my new children’s book called “Now Hiring: White House Dog." Please join Nate and me as we try to give the Hideout a little makeover. With his magic touch, I predict it will look like the photo above in no time! At the show, you’ll also enjoy an interview with local author Joe Meno, live music, and comedy, all for only $5.
