I’m thoroughly intrigued by this new offering by a local architect—a complete energy-efficient 1,400-square foot vacation home for $149,900. The Sail Cabin, as Jeff Whyte has dubbed it, is a modern take on a log cabin, meant to blend in with nature. Whyte was inspired to design the home after visiting the Red Desert in Wyoming. The price includes two bedrooms, one bath, log siding, finished wood interior, Pella windows, covered deck, woodburning fireplace, and appliances. What’s more, you can move in just weeks after signing a contract. You just provide the piece of land. Whyte has yet to build one, so you can’t check one out yet. Not bad for 150k. I wish you'll include more specs. Excellent idea. I'll share this at interior design ideas.(http://www.interiordesignpro.org/interior-designer-directory)
