The local company Unison is best known for its fun, graphic bedding, throw pillows, and table linens. But they recently sent a press release informing us of their new line of gardening accessories. They’ve got cute floral-patterned garden belts and kerchiefs, but what really struck me were the rotund forged-iron scissors (available in small, $14, and medium, $18)—so charming that I would simply want them as accessories hanging on my wall. This is probably because I don’t like to actually garden. Another attractive item is the Kiikku ladder-style walnut planter ($298), which holds four porcelain square pots and leans directly on the wall. Unison’s photos are taken outdoors, but with that lovely wood, I’d keep this piece inside… near the scissors.
