This high-end contractor works primarily on renovations, build-outs, and new construction. Each project has a full-time superinten­dent who works with the project manager, who hires subcontractors, coordinates schedules, supervises finishes, and ensures projects are completed on time. The firm’s restoration division has done masonry and stained glass work on Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House in Hyde Park. Most projects are downtown and on the North Shore.
