It takes so much time and effort to print out photos these days—or at least it feels that way. So when you do, make them look like a million bucks by housing them in these lovely locally made frames from Craftbelly.

Artist Lizzie Greco makes her wares out of handmade craft paper—much of which is imported from countries where papermaking is still an art, such as Nepal, India, and Japan. The prints run the gamut from polka dot and ikat to floral and crocodile.

Greco started her business three years ago when, as an employee of a Chicago stationery shop, she started using the pretty papers sold there to cover simple wood frames. Friends encouraged her to sell them. And the rest is history.

Her next project? Designing and screen-printing her own paper.

Find the frames at Orange Beautiful, Inkling, and Comfort Me Boutique in Chicago and online at craftbelly.com.
