At Circa Lighting, Find Fixtures with Southern Style
By Jessica Nikolich
Southern belle light fixture boutique Circa Lighting (444 N. Wells St., one block from the Merchandise Mart) treaded into the Midwest from its home in Savannah, Georgia, with a new 2,800-square-foot Chicago showroom in early December. It was the first of its kind in Illinois, but fifth retail location in the country.
The store has more than 500 handcrafted indoor and outdoor styles, from vintage reproductions to chic contemporary numbers, including twirling vine lanterns, sophisticated library sconces, and bamboo and paper shade table-toppers. Walls, floors, surfaces, and ceilings will glow a little brighter after an on-site consultation with a certified lighting specialist.
