The North Shore as muse?
Yep. The distinctive architecture of Wilmette inspired Skokie-based Tech Lighting to launch the Wilmette Lighting Company, offering period fixtures, including Mission, Victorian, and Schoolhouse styles, all made from Holophane historical glass. Available at Lightology (215 W. Chicago Ave., 312-944-1000).
